Established in 2007, Realistic Beauty is the trading name of Clare Peacock and Ninn Reynolds. Born out of a conversation about having to pay high prices for Beauty and feeling self conscious about being curvy women in a size zero dominated society. The name Realistic Beauty originated from Ali G - both Clare and Ninn being huge fans and wanting to 'keep it real'. At Realistic Beauty we pride ourselves on offering high quality services at affordable prices and we do not discriminate against anyone whatever their orientation, sex, race or religious beliefs.
Wherever possible, Realistic Beauty will try to accomodate clients needs. None of our products or ingredients are tested on animals and we always recycle. Realistic Beauty hold the Southampton City Council green business award.

Clare is qualified to City and Guilds level 2 in Beauty Therapy, and also holds Certificates for Creatives Nail enhancements, Nail art, Ear piercing and Manicure.
Clare is 28 and a mum of 2, so good at multi tasking! Clare used to work for The Nailcraft Centre formally in East Street Southampton and has been mobile for the last 2 years.
Clare has 11 years experience within the industry and enjoys being around people, has a good sense of humour, is totally mad and can talk the back end off a donkey!
Ninn Reynolds IHBC BABTAC ANT Cert Ed
Ninn is qualified to NVQ 3 in Advanced Nail tecniques and Manicure with the International Health and Beauty Council, and NVQ level 2 Beauty Therapy. In addition to these, Ninn also holds certificates for Ear piercing, Air Brushing and Nail Art, Post Compulsary certificate of education and RSA Assessors awards.
Ninn is 36, a mum of 3 and juggles her career with her family and is still trying to find that perfect balance! Ninn used to work at Top to Toe in Winchester Road Southampton, Fit Stop Health Spa formally of the Bargate Southampton and has taught Nail technology and Nail Art at both Totton College and Itchen College. Ninn has also worked Mobile for 10 years.
Ninn has 21 years experience in the Industry and specialises in Gothic Enhancements. Ninn loves anything different and gets very creative with the Nail art and sculpting brush! Ninn has a bit of a sense of humour, suffers from PMT alot but loves to socialise.
